JURGEN KLOPP has delivered a triple injury update.
The Reds boss, who has been inundated with fitness concerns ever since arriving at Anfield, has a double boost with Jordon Ibe and James Milner returning to training.
“Jordon Ibe is back in training since yesterday - he was sick," Klopp said.
“Milner will start pitch sessions outside tomorrow and then he needs a week I would say.
“I cannot say too much about Divock because at the moment we don’t have the results of the scan.”
Origi was taken off in the win over Leicester and Klopp is also still without Martin Skrtel, Daniel Sturridge and long-term absentees Joe Gomez and Danny Ings.
They face Sunderland on Wednesday hoping to build on their Boxing Day win over league leaders Leicester.
Klopp's side currently sit eighth, five points off the Champions League places.
