Jurgen Klopp believes Liverpool need to change Daniel Sturridge's training regime
JURGEN KLOPP believes Liverpool have to build up Daniel Sturridge’s “resistance” by changing his training regime.

Sturridge, 26, suffered yet another injury when he picked up a .
It is the latest in a long list of problems that have kept the England striker out of action and Klopp suggested his training will have to be tailored.
The Kop boss said: “It’s a hamstring injury and it’s not easy to say when he is back for us.
“There are two different things we have to look on. The one is the injury and the other is how we bring him into shape so it’s not so intensive for him when he needs to train.
“The good thing with the muscle injury is he could start to run and all the others things he needs, but not play football.

“If you look at his history in the last month and year it’s not the longest time he could train.
“It is very important with all the games we have to find the specific point when it is possible to bring him for minutes and what makes more sense for his general shape.
“I can’t say what we will do exactly, but we have to look at it.
“The injury is not that serious but we have to build up his resistance. That is how it is.”
Sturridge missed most of last season with thigh and calf problems.

Then hip surgery ended his campaign and ruled him out for the start of this term.
The former Chelsea and Manchester City striker also picked up a knee injury in early October and on his return then had a foot problem.
But he showed his importance to the team with a brace against Southampton last week in the Capital One Cup before picking up the hamstring problem on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Liverpool arrived in Switzerland needing a point against FC Sion to win Group B in the Europa League.
Klopp added: “It's ten weeks since we last played Sion - in England that is 425 games in between the games.

"We are prepared but we know it is difficult. They have to win and if we win we are first and that is where we want to be.”
