Chelsea will beat Man Utd comfortably even without Diego Costa - Paul Merson

PAUL MERSON reckons Chelsea will roll over Manchester United.

 

Diego Costa will be unavailable for Chelsea's game against Manchester United

 

The Blues travel to Old Trafford tomorrow (5:30pm) off the back of a 2-2 draw at home to Watford yesterday.

United meanwhile are in crisis mode after their 2-0 defeat away to Stoke.

Guus Hiddink will be unable to call upon Diego Costa, who is suspended for the clash.

 

But former Arsenal star turned Sky Sports pundit Merson believes Chelsea will have enough to turn over the Red Devils.

“It was another bad day for Manchester United on Boxing Day and with Chelsea improving, the roles have sort of been reversed,” Merson told Sky Sports.

 

“Chelsea, now under Guus Hiddink, are rolling along and I expect that to continue at OId Trafford, although the absence of Diego Costa through suspension is a big blow. 

“I’m going for a clear away win by two goals to nil.”
