ALEX OXLADE-CHAMBERLAIN gave Arsenal a massive boost by posting a video of himself in training on Instagram.
The Gunners winger has been out of action since suffering a hamstring problem against Sheffield Wednesday in their Capital One Cup defeat.
He was expected to be out for at least a month but reports suggest he could be fit to play against West Brom on November 21.
But he looked to be in fine form as he was put through his paces in a sprint session.
"The rehab is going well...looking forward to being back on the pitch soon," he said.
Aaron Ramsey and Hector Bellerin could also make a timely return for Arsene Wenger's depleted side.
However, the game will probably come too soon for Theo Walcott, who is one of 10 injured first-team players.
With a host of stars out, creative responsibilities have fallen firmly at the feet of Alexis Sanchez.
And Wenger might now hand his star man a mid-season break in a bid to keep him fit for what could be a crucial run-in.
The Chile international arrived back late for pre-season after winning the Copa America for his country.
And reports claim Wenger is concerned at burning him out.
