Player of the Month: Arsenal pair joined by Leicester, Man City, Stoke and Watford stars
Olivier Giroud and Mesut Ozil have been in great form this season
ARSENAL duo Mesut Ozil and Olivier Giroud have been nominated for October's Player of the Month award.

Ozil, who has a staggering 10 Premier League assists already this season, has finally started to show why Arsenal paid £42.5million for him.
The German has been sensational and helped Arsenal back into the north London derby yesterday with a lofted pass for Kieran Gibbs.
Giroud, who had an off day yesterday, scored three goals in October.

And the pair are joined by Jack Butland, Jamie Vardy, Kevin De Bruyne and Odion Ighalo.
Leicester striker Vardy has scored nine games running having converted a spot kick against Watford on Saturday.
Vardy's record is now the best of any English player in the Premier League and is only behind Ruud van Nistelrooy who scored ten games in a row.

Up for the manager's prize is Arsene Wenger, Manuel Pellegrini and Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri.
The former Chelsea boss has guided the Foxes to third in the table after 12 games.
"We could not have imagined this, but it is only November," Ranieri admitted. "It's not May. We still have to achieve 40 points first.
"Jamie is fantastic. He'll be fit for England. After the goal he continued to run and fight - he's OK.
"It is important to continue the momentum. It's not easy for us, but we are very ambitious."
