PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN have joined the race for Chelsea winger Eden Hazard.
The Belgian has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge with Real Madrid keen to bring him to Spain.
The La Liga giants have been favourites to sign him in recent weeks as Rafael Benitez is thought to be a keen admirer of the 24-year-old.
Reports suggest that Chelsea do not want to sell him, but according to the Daily Mail, the Ligue 1 champions are willing to pay up to £80m for the midfielder.
He signed a new five-year deal last season, but with the Blues sat 16th in the table, having won just three of their opening 12 games, Hazard is considering his future.
Last season's PFA Player of the Year has failed to hit the ground running this term, failing to score in 18 appearances for the Blues.
Should Chelsea fail to convince Hazard to stay, the French club will pull out all the stops to make a substantial bid for the midfielder next summer.
PSG are no strangers to paying big money to get they players they want. The French outfit paid just under £50million for David Luiz last summer.
