CHELSEA have already decided to sack manager Jose Mourinho, according to reports
 
The Daily Mirror claim owner Roman Abramovich has lost patience and is prepared to pay Mourinho £9.5million to go.
It is reported losing to Liverpool - the Blues' sixth defeat of the season - yesterday was the final straw.
 
And he could be followed by his backroom staff through the exit door at Stamford Bridge.
The Portuguese appears to be feeling the heat as he  when questioned about his future after yesterday's clash.
He insists he will not step down but that decision might be taken way from him by Abramovich.
 
Bookmakers have already suspended betting and think Carlo Ancelotti is likely to replace him in what would be an emotional return to west London.
They might also consider making an interim appointment before hiring Pep Guardiola next summer.
Brendan Rodgers could be ih frame in such an instance, while Atletico Madrid chief Diego Simeone is also in the running.
