Newcastle consider £22m cut-price bid for Arsenal, Chelsea and Spurs target
Marseille want £35m for Michy Batshuayi
NEWCASTLE are considering undercutting Marseille's valuation of Michy Batshuayi with a £22million bid for the striker, according to reports.

Batshuayi, 22, is reportedly wanted by a number of Premier League clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham.
Earlier this week Marseille president Jean-Michel Aulas insisted that he would not sell Batshuayi for anything less than £35m (€50m).
But the Sunday People claim Magpies staff believe they can land the ace on a cheaper deal.

It is understood Newcastle manager Steve McClaren will be given funds to recruit in January.
The Magpies are facing a relegation battle this season after a disappointing start to the Premier League campaign.
They sit 17th in the table on 10 points, having at home yesterday.

McClaren spent big on transfers in the summer with forwards Aleksandar Mitrovic and Georginio Wijnaldum arriving for a combined £29m.
Wijnaldum has scored six goals for the club this season but Mitrovic has so far failed to shine - the Serb bagging two goals, three yellow cards and a red in 12 appearances.
Batshuayi, meanwhile, has scored nine times for Marseille this campaign - catching the eye of three London clubs in the process.
The Sunday People also claim Spurs are seeking forward recruits come January, although West Brom's Saido Berahino remains their number one target.

However, Batshuayi and Corinthians striker Alexandre Pato are believed to be on Mauricio Pochettino's back-up list.
Chelsea are also considered suitors but Jose Mourinho's insistence this week that he doesn't want to sign any new players appears to have ruled them out of the race - unless they sell first.
were said to have sent scouts to Marseille to assess Batshuayi's game and could rival Newcastle for the ace if his transfer fee drops to the reported £22m.
