"Barcelona and Manchester United are huge clubs," he told Turkish broadcaster Lig TV.
"It would be difficult to turn them down but I have not said anything about any transfers or anything of the sort.
"I have not said anything and there is nothing to talk about, but of course if Barcelona made an offer I would have to consider it."
Liverpool are reportedly lining up a January bid for United outcast Victor Valdes.
The former Barcelona goalkeeper has been cast aside by Louis van Gaal following a falling out over playing in the reserve team.
And Spanish publication Don Ballon report that Jurgen Klopp could offer him an escape route.
However, they may face competition from Newcastle who are in desperate need of a first-team keeper following an injury to Tim Krul.
The Dutch international will miss the remainder of the season after damaging his anterior cruciate ligament in the Euro 2016 qualifier against Kazakhstan.
Grzegorz Krychowiak has handed Manchester United and Arsenal a huge transfer blow by signing a new deal with Sevilla.
The midfielder will remain with the Europa League holders until 2019, after signing a one-year extension to his current contract.
The Premier League pair had both shown interest in the 25-year-old, forcing Sevilla to increase his buy-out clause from £21.5m to £32.2m.
A statement on the club's website read: "Grzegorz Krychowiak has become a leader of the side despite being at the club for just over a year.
"He has shown an absolute involvement with Sevilla and learnt the language quickly, meaning he has the complete trust of manager Unai Emery."
