MANCHESTER UNITED are lining up bids for Southampton winger Sadio Mane and Leicester attacker Riyad Mahrez, according to reports.
Manager Louis van Gaal is keen to add some pace to his squad in the summer and is reported to be frustrated with a lack of progress from Memphis Depay.
Some reports even claim the Dutchman's days at Old Trafford are numbered, with Real Madrid ready to offer him a route out.
However, the 21-year-old's future should have no bearing on Van Gaal's transfer plans.
He wants to add attacking reinforcements in January regardless and Mane and Mahrez appear to fit the bill.
The Red Devils boss tried to sign Saints forward Mane, 23, in the summer and was reported to be weighing up a bid in excess of £20million.
His stellar form last season has continued in the current campaign and the Senegal international is a big reason why Ronald Koeman's side are just six points off the top of the Premier League.
Meanwhile, Leicester's Mahrez, 24, has been one of the stand-out performers for the Foxes, who are currently third in the table.
And The Daily Mail claim United officials are in discussions about what to do next.
Lazio's Felipe Anderson is said to be a another option under consideration, along with Anwar El Ghazi from Ajax.
