Dante claimed he would love to move to Chelsea

WOLFSBURG defender Dante has revealed he would love to join Chelsea.
 
The former Bayern Munich star, who won the Champions League and three Bundesliga titles during three seasons at the German giants, was heavily linked with Manchester United in the summer.
However, when he was released from his contract at the Allianz Arena, rivals Wolfsburg swooped in to sign him.
United have once again been mooted as a possible destination next summer but he could be set to disappoint them once again.
 
The 32-year-old claimed Chelsea would be his dream destination in a quick-fire Q&A with Fifa.com.
"I always dreamed of playing in a World Cup for my country," the Brazil international said.
"I would like to play in a big club like Chelsea."
The Blues might welcome his revelation, such is their current defensive woes.
 
Jose Mourinho's side lost for the seventh time in the Premier League this season at Stoke yesterday.
And the as result, with owner Roman Abramovich understood to be considering his position.
They appear to need all the help they can get at the back, after leaking 23 goals in 12 league fixtures.
Whether or not Mourinho will be given the time to act on Dante's wishes remains to be seen.
