Liverpool news: Klopp's January blow, huge Man United snub, Lanzini talks, outcast return
Jurgen Klopp will need to wait until the summer
NEWS NEWS BLOG SPORT brings you the latest news from Anfield.

Liverpool will make big changes to their squad under Jurgen Klopp - but he may have to wait until the summer.
Klopp replaced Brendan Rodgers at Anfield at the start of October.
He's had to deal with an incredible injury list and a team that changed a lot in the summer.

But Kop hero Jamie Carragher thinks Klopp will ring the changes when he gets the chance.
"Eventually, he will make big changes but I think in January it's always difficult to make those kinds of changes," Carragher told the Evening Standard.
"Now and again you see signings coming in January who make a big difference - Luis Suarez was huge for Liverpool. Daniel Agger came in January too and he did really well, but it's not normally a time when you get the best players on offer.
"I imagine the changes he [Klopp] will look to make and want to implement will come more in the summer.
"At present the team and the squad isn't quite good enough to be where everyone wants Liverpool to be and that's the whole point why you bring a new manager in."

Liverpool have been dealt a blow in their pursuit of Manuel Lanzini.
The Argentina star on loan at West Ham is on Klopp's radar.
But Hammers chief David Sullivan has vowed to keep hold of him.
Sullivan said: “We have an unbreakable option with both Lanzini and his club, so any other team’s interest is irrelevant.
“Manuel has been a fantastic signing for the club and we all hope he can maintain this superb run of form for the rest of the season.”

Jesse Lingard has admitted he snubbed Liverpool for Manchester United.
Lingard received his first England call up this week when Michael Carrick was injured in Spain.
He's in Roy Hodgson's squad for tonight's friendly with France.
And he's revealed that he turned down Anfield to join United.
"I was at a local club Penketh United and Mike Glennie, a Manchester United scout, came to watch me," Lingard said.
"He spoke to my grandad and offered me trials but there was also interest from Liverpool and I had to pick. I was only young but obviously my heart was with United at the time.
"Going through the years, I was with Larnell Cole, Mike and Will Keane, Sam (Johnstone), Ravel (Morrison) and Tunners (Ryan Tunnicliffe).
"There are a lot of lads still doing their thing at other clubs and they’re happy seeing me where I am.
"I’ve won a lot of trophies – like the FA Youth Cup and the reserves league a couple of times - but it would top it off to win the Premier League with the first team.
"I’ve worked ever so hard to get here and I can’t thank the coaches enough for sticking by me."
Reds outcast Jose Enrique is set to get another chance to impress.
Enrique is yet to feature under Klopp and only made nine appearances last season.
But when he recovers from his hamstring injury he will get the chance to win his place back.
