Liverpool asked to submit their case over Danny Ings transfer to the Premier League
Danny Ings is currently out of action with a knee injury
LIVERPOOL have been asked by the Premier League to formally submit their case over the purchase of Danny Ings ahead of a tribunal that is likely to take place in the New Year.

Ings moved to Liverpool in the summer from Burnley and because he is under the age of 24, the Anfield club must pay compensation.
The two clubs could not broker an agreement with Liverpool valuing Ings at around £5m-£6m and Burnley claiming they had an offer from Tottenham that valued the striker at £12m.
Now the process towards a tribunal is finally underway after the Premier League asked Liverpool for their submissions. Burnley will also present their case.
