The study, conducted by vitamin brand Healthspan, found age may be plaguing us earlier than expected.
Reportedly, people can expect to start suffering migraines and headaches at just 24 and back problems at 33.
Perhaps shockingly, the study revealed people can expect their first grey hair before 40.

Indeed, it seems 30s may not be the new 20s after all.
The timeline, based on a survey of 2,000 people, indicates dodgy ankles can onset at just 32 and weak knees by 37.
Research also found women get hot sweats by the time they're 50, and the average person will be dealing with arthritis and joint pain by 40.
The biggest contributors to ailments were poor diet, too much alcohol plus a lack of sleep and exercise.
