Germany v Netherlands friendly cancelled as Hannover stadium is evacuated
Security forces initially locked down Hannover's stadium after a suitcase was found
GERMANY'S friendly clash with Netherlands in Hannover tonight has been cancelled and the HDI Arena evacuated.
 
Earlier today the stadium was sealed off after a suspicious suitcase was found.
Police later opened the doors to the arena but the game will now not go ahead.
 
The decision comes just four days after the terror attacks in Paris killed 129 people.
Blasts occurred near the Stade de France on Friday night during France's home tie with Germany.
