Former Man Utd defender leaps to the defence of Chelsea ace over revolt allegations
Cesc Fabregas was forced to deny rumours that he was leading a revolt against Jose Mourinho
GERARD PIQUE has laughed off rumours that Cesc Fabregas is behind an alleged revolt against Jose Mourinho.
 
And rumours suggested that the Spaniard was the main figurehead behind an an alleged falling out inside the Chelsea camp.
Following the allegations, Fabregas took to Twitter to deny any truth in the reports.

Gerard Pique says it's "impossible" that Fabregas would act like that
He tweeted: "I would like to clarify that contrary to a few reports form [sic] some online websites, I am extremely happy at Chelsea (…)
".. and have an excellent relationship with the manager. There maybe certain individuals from the outside trying to destabilise this club…
"… but I strongly believe that we will bounce back and come again."
 
And his former Barcelona team-mate Pique also believes Fabregas wouldn't do anything to disrupt his team's chances of silverware this season.
"I know Cesc well and there's absolutely no chance of that," Pique told Goal.com.
"We already know the British media likes to speculate, but I know what Cesc is like and it is impossible he is acting this way."
