Defiant Chelsea boss hits back at critics with optimistic assessment of recent form
Jose Mourinho says he is not out for revenge against Stoke

JOSE MOURINHO insists he will not be seeking revenge against Stoke tomorrow despite being knocked out of the Capital One Cup by the Potters.
The Chelsea boss's side were widely criticised for their lacklustre display, which saw them dumped out on penalties.
However, Mourinho refuted the claims his side had played badly and insists avenging defeat couldn't be further from his mind.
He said: ”Revenge for what? What's the problem? Why? We played a good game, people were nice to us, our supporters were fantastic, no problems between supporters, a great football match, a good referee, a good show for everyone.
"One team scores one more penalty, one team left happy, one team left unhappy, everything was normal, revenge for what?"

Chelsea are currently languishing in 15th in the Premier League table, one place and two points behind tomorrow's opponents.
Mourinho will not be at the Brittania as he is serving a one-match stadium ban.
The Portuguese claims he is unhappy with it and might not even watch the game.
