Alex Teixeira insists it will be difficult to secure a January move to the Premier League |
ALEX TEIXEIRA admits that a January move away from Shakhtar Donetsk will be difficult.
The 25-year-old forward has been attracting interest from a host of clubs, having scored 23 goals in his last 23 games for the Ukrainian club.
With Chelsea being repeatedly linked with a potential £30million move for the Brazilian.
The Blues have endured a disastrous first half of the season and are in serious need of attacking firepower to help spark their season back into life.
With Diego Costa, who has scored just four goal this season, Radamel Falcao and Loic Remy failing to provide a constant source of goals.
However, Teixeira insists that he won't be able to secure a move away from Shakhtar until the end of the season.
"From what I have seen and what my manager said, Chelsea, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain have made proposals.
"But Chelsea and Juventus are deeper in negotiations. They are all big clubs. Wherever I go, I'll be happy.
"I have spoken to many people who play in the Premier League because I think it's the best league in the world. It's the most competitive and I want this challenge in my career.
"Shakhtar have said they will not release me in January, only at the end of the season."
