Roman Abramovich is undecided on whether to sack Jose Mourinho or not.
The Portuguese boss suffered a sixth defeat of the Premier League season on Saturday as his side lost 3-1 at home to Liverpool.
The Russian owner is desperate not to sack him but is losing patience with Chelsea's poor run of form.
A loss against Dynamo Kiev in the Champions League on Wednesday night (7.45pm), could push Mourinho even closer towards the exit door.

Chelsea are reportedly lining up a move for Palermo striker  in the January transfer window.
The 26-year-old scored 10 goals for the Serie A side last year and has attracted interest from a number of top clubs, according to the club's president Maurizio Zamparini.
"Vazquez is the best Italian trequartista at the moment," Zamparini told Italian radio station Kiss Kiss Napoli.
"No-one can turn their nose up when he’s compared to [Michel] Platini. He’s a player in great demand, and if he continues to perform as he has been I think this will be his last season in pink.
"Milan, Inter and Chelsea want him as soon as the winter transfer window, but no-one will move in January."

Roman Abramovich is unsure what to do about Jose Mourinho's position at Chelsea
And finally, Diego Costa is expected to escape punishment from the FA following a confrontation with Martin Skrtel on Saturday.
The Spaniard appeared to kick out at the Liverpool defender in the Reds' 3-1 win at Stamford Bridge.
But according to the Daily Telegraph, Costa won't face any retrospective action as Mark Clattenburg dealt with the situation at the time - meaning the striker should be free to play against Stoke at the weekend.
