CHELSEA'S move into the Kingsmeadow Stadium in Kingstonian is expected to cost the club around £2million.
AFC Wimbledon supporters agreed to surrender their right to the stadium in a vote last night.
Chelsea want the ground to host reserve and their ladies fixtures, having been unable accept crowds for games at their Cobham training ground.
The Blues will pay an initial £600,000 for the ground and can expect to hand over a further £1.4m to AFC Wimbledon over the course of the agreement.
AFC Wimbledon fans approved the move as they seek planning permission to build a new 20,000-seater ground in Merton by 2018.
In transfer news, Chelsea's pursuit of a striker has reportedly moved on to Belgium front man Michy Batshuayi.
Batshuayi, 22, has impressed at Lyon this season and is also wanted by Valencia, claim le10sport.
It is understood Lyon will not sell their man for anything less than £35m, which may deter both suitors.
But Valencia are expected to field bids for star man Alvaro Negredo in January could reportedly move for Batshuayi as a replacement attacker.
Meanwhile, the Blues are also reportedly keen on adding to their midfield over the winter.
With Pedro thought to be eyeing a swift exit following his signing in August, the Daily Star and Sky Sports suggest a swoop for Valencia winger Sofiane Feghouli is on the cards.
Feghouli, 25, is reportedly not interested in signing a new contract in Spain and wants a move.
Manchester United are also said to have made a move for the Algeria international, as have Barcelona.
