Chelsea are reportedly hoping to tie up a new deal for Willian in the New Year.
The Brazilian has been a rare bright spot in an otherwise difficult season for the Blues.
Willian is currently on an £80,000-a-week deal, but the London Evening Standard claim he will be offered £100,000 a week.
The report suggests Chelsea want to keep the club’s top scorer (five goals) at the club until 2020.
Chelsea have been given hope over their pursuit of Jonathan Calleri, according to reports.
The 22-year-old Boca Juniors stars has already bagged 21 goals and 11 assists this term.
The Blues, the Daily Star claim, watched Calleri in a friendly against Mexican outfit Puebla FC last week.
And Boca president Daniel Angelici claims the club won’t stand in Calleri’s way should they receive a decent offer for him.
“He could be sold at Christmas as there are good offers and we don't want to stand in his way,” Angelici told South American radio station Radio America.
“But at the moment, no deal has been closed, and there is only chatter.”
Carlo Ancelotti has hinted he is still keen on managing Chelsea again, but won’t return to the game until next summer.
Ancelotti is currently on a sabbatical after being sacked by Real Madrid at the end of last season.
The 56-year-old has been touted as a possible replacement for Jose Mourinho should he get the sack.
“Start again with Real after a year? Why not, likewise I could start over at PSG or Chelsea,” Ancelotti told Radio Anchi’o lo Sport.
