Jose Mourinho says his stadium ban preventing him from doing what he loves |
The Chelsea' boss's side take on Stoke at the Britannia Stadium tomorrow but he is not allowed to step foot inside the ground.
He was given the ban after admitting a misconduct charge for his lanaguage and/or behaviour towards referee John Moss.
Mourinho was invited into the match official's changing room at half-time during Chelsea's defeat to to West Ham last month, where he is said to have voiced a number of grievances.
The Pourtuguese was already serving a one-match suspended ban, which then took effect as a result of his antics at Upton Park.
While he refused to be drawn on whether or not he regretted what his actions, Mourinho did not hold back on the nature of the punishment and appeared to be extremely disappointed at the severity of it.
"One thing is not to be on the bench," he said.
" I'm stopped being in a football stadium. I'm stopped being in what I love so much which is football."
