JACK WILSHERE has preached caution in his attempts to recover from a hairline fracture.
The Arsenal midfielder has not made an appearance this campaign after picking up the injury to his left fibula on the eve of the season.
It was the latest setback for the 23-year-old, who had cut short his summer to ensure he started the 2015/16 season in good shape.
And following his terrible history with injuries, Wilshere is unwilling to rush back.
He told Fox Soccer: "I hope so but I've said before in a previous interview that I've been in this position before where I'm feeling good, I'm back on the pitch, I'm doing a bit of running and all of a sudden something goes wrong so I don't want to say I'll be in a month or I'll be back at Christmas.
"I'll be back when I'm back when I feel ready but at the minute it's going good."
Arsenal are suffering a mini-injury crisis with Francis Coquelin, Mikel Arteta, Theo Walcott, Danny Welbeck and Tomas Rosicky all on the sidelines currently.
