ARSENAL are lining up a move for Porto's Ruben Neves.

That is according to The Sun, who claim Arsene Wenger is ready to make a bid for the 18-year-old in January after a number of scouting trips.
are reportedly willing to pay £12million up front for the defensive midfielder, with an added £10m in bonuses.

Wenger is keen on signing a defensive midfielder when the transfer window reopens .
The Frenchman is set for three months on the sidelines after damaging his knee ligaments during the 2-1 defeat to West Brom earlier this month.
