IAN WRIGHT has urged Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho to sell Diego Costa as he is not the player he used to be.

The Arsenal legend thinks misfiring Costa has become too concerned with getting into on-field spats.
And he says he would take great pleasure in winding him up if he was still playing.
"I would sell him at the first opportunity I get for Costa. I’d sell him," Wright said
"As brilliant as he was in the first season, he’s playing a lot differently now.
"He’s antagonised at the moment. If I was a defender I would just keep talking to him, it takes him away from his game."
The Spaniard, 27, scored 20 Premier League goals in a prolific first season at Stamford Bridge.
But he looks a shadow of his former self and has netted just twice in the current campaign.

Ian Wright thinks Diego Costa should be sold at the earliest opportunity

Time on the sidelines through various disciplinary matters have hardly helped his cause.
And Wright insists Mourinho's side need someone more reliable and should cash in on him while they still can.
"When he first got here he was concentrated on scoring goals and being in the box, now he’s doing everything else.
"He’s outside the box and getting involved with people. At this moment, he’s the last centre forward Chelsea need."
