WATFORD boss Quique Flores says breaking his Premier League drought has lifted the weight off Troy Deeney's shoulders.
 
Deeney ended his barren run in the last Saturday's .
The pressure had been piling on given strike partner Odion Ighalo's prolific form.
Watford boss Flores said: "He is amazing and is very happy.
"He has everything we need as a leader in the dressing room. In the team he is also very important.
"Of course it's important for strikers to score and he will score again. He is really good for us."
Watford have exceeded expectations having been written off as cannon fodder at the start of the season.

Flores says his mid-table side have now earned the respect of the rest of the top-flight.
"After promotion it's important to start well. We are happy with our first quarter. We are happy and know we can improve.
"There is respect from a lot of teams coming to Vicarage Road.
 
"We have received compliments and  had the respect of the other teams in the league which is important."
Watford host high-flying West Ham on Saturday and Flores added: "The morale is high. 
"It will be a tough game as they have done very well. But we will fight until the last moment."
