After the departure of Mario Balotelli, Liverpool lack firepower upfront and Brendan Rodgers is looking to bring in a striker in the January transfer window.

The Gunners front-man has netted 19 league goals in 42 appearances, and recently scored a hat-trick during Arsenal's 5-2 thumping of Leicester City last week.
And before Sunday's clash against Manchester United at the Emirates, a senior Arsenal source told the newspaper: “It would be no surprise if there was a new contract offer."
