Revealed: How Liverpool's last five managers fared in their opening five games
How have the last five Liverpool managers done in their first five games?
JURGEN KLOPP takes charge of his first Liverpool match at Tottenham tomorrow, but how have the five previous Reds bosses fared at the start of their Anfield careers?

Klopp succeeded Rodgers last week and is already having to deal with an injury crisis.
Joe Gomez, Danny Ings and Jordan Rossiter have been ruled out this week while Jordan Henderson is still injured.
And here we look at the records of the last five Liverpool managers in their first five games.
BRENDAN RODGERS (2012) - 2 points
Defeat at West Brom in his opening match was disappointing but was followed by an encouraging 2-2 home draw with defending champions Manchester City.
Defeats at Arsenal and at home to Manchester United sandwiched between a draw at Sunderland marked a slow start for the Northern Irishman.

KENNY DALGLISH (2011) - 10pts
Installed initially as a caretaker after Roy Hodgson was sacked, the Scot's second coming as manager began with a midweek defeat at Blackpool but the side bounced back with a point in the Merseyside derby at Goodison Park.
Three successive wins followed against Wolves, Fulham and Stoke.

ROY HODGSON (2010) - 5pts
Another tough opening for a new manager, Hodgson began with a draw at home to Arsenal having played half the match with 10 men.
A trip to Manchester City ended in a 3-0 defeat but four points from the next two - including victory over former club West Brom and a draw at Birmingham - set up a visit to Old Trafford where they lost 3-2 to a Dimitar Berbatov hat-trick.

RAFAEL BENITEZ (2004) - 7pts
After a draw at Tottenham the Spaniard got off to the perfect start at home with wins over Manchester City and West Brom either side of defeat at Bolton.
However, another trip to United loomed and that ended in a 2-1 defeat.

GERARD HOULLIER (1998) - 6pts
Took over in sole charge after a joint enterprise with Roy Evans failed.
The team had lost three league matches in a row prior to the change and after an opening defeat at home to Leeds he won back-to-back games against Aston Villa 4-2 (thanks to a Robbie Fowler hat-trick) and Blackburn 2-0, before Tottenham and Wimbledon inflicted further defeats.
