'Ozil was pathetic': Former Spurs boss Harry Redknapp blasts Arsenal star over work ethic
Mesut Ozil has come under fire for his effort
HARRY REDKNAPP has attacked Mesut Ozil for his lack effort for Arsenal against Olympiakos on Tuesday.

The Gunners went a goal down in the 32nd minute when a corner was played to Felipe Pardo on the edge of the box and his shot took a big deflection off Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to leave David Ospina helpless.
Arsene Wenger's side went on to lose the match 3-2 to leave their Champions League hopes hanging by a thread.

And Redknapp has directed his ire at Ozil, who was the nearest Arsenal player to Pardo when the ball was played to the Brazilian.
He told the Evening Standard: "Watch Mesut Ozil coming out to try to get a block on the first goal. It was pathetic.

"The ball comes out to the edge of the box and he makes the most half-hearted effort to close it down.
"If someone is going to shoot from the edge of the box, you want your midfielders or defenders to throw themselves at it to do everything for the team, whether you cost £4million or £42m."
