JESSE LINGARD has revealed his 'main aim' is to play more first-team football for Manchester United.
The England U21 international was handed a start in Louis van Gaal's first game in charge against Swansea last year, but picked up a knock in the game.
However, after playing 45 minutes in the 3-0 win over Everton yesterday, the attacking midfielder has admitted he's determined to play more.
"That is my main aim and I have always wanted to play for Man United," he said .
"To get 45 minutes won't do me any harm for the next game.
