Liverpool booed off as Brendan Rodgers admits disappointment at Europa League draw
Liverpool managed only a draw with Swiss minnows Sion in the Europa League
LIVERPOOL were booed off for the third time in four matches at Anfield as Brendan Rodgers lamented his side’s finishing.

The result leaves them second in Group B and did nothing to ease the pressure on Rodgers ahead of Sunday’s Merseyside derby.

Hugo Lloris was at fault as Spurs missed out on victory at Monaco. Erik Lamela put Mauricio Pochettino’s side ahead but a late header from Stephan El Shaarawy then scrambled its way past Lloris.
Pochettino said: “In football this happens. The way they score is the only way they can score, one cross – we concede. It is a good result but the feeling is bad because we dominated.”
