Early Man Utd derby boost as manager confirms injury blow for City's Sergio Aguero
Sergio Aguero injured him hamstring while on international duty yesterday
SERGIO AGUERO will sit out Argentina's clash with Paraguay next week and could be a doubt for the Manchester derby at the end of the month.

Aguero, 27, left the pitch crying during Argentina's 2-0 World Cup qualifying defeat to Ecuador last night with what appeared to be a left hamstring problem.
He had only just returned to full fitness with City after recovering from a knee injury last month.

And Argentina manager Gerardo Martino admitted he is resigned to losing the forward for Wednesday's game against Paraguay.
"He had been carrying a knock with his club, during the week we took good care of him," said Martino.

"He was moving around the pitch well, but unfortunately he felt some discomfort and we are going to lose him.
"I haven't spoken to the doctor but I can confirm the injury is not the same as the one he had been carrying with his club."
Aguero's City team-mate, Nicolas Otamendi, added: "He had been having a great time and was playing well."

The fresh injury will bring doubts over Aguero's fitness ahead of the first Manchester derby of the season.
City host Bournemouth in the Premier League before a Champions League trip to Sevilla after the international break.
They then meet Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday 25 October in a table-topping clash.
Aguero boasts eight career goals for City against United and already has eight goals for his club this season - .
