Chelsea News: Mourinho repeats Arsenal blast, 'new Matic' Man Utd bid, £2.1m transfer loss
Jose Mourinho says his Chelsea side deserved a penalty against Kiev last night
NEWS NEWS BLOG SPORT brings you all the latest news from Stamford Bridge.

Jose Mourinho branded last night's referee in Chelsea's 0-0 draw at Dynamo Kiev "weak and naive" - the exact words Arsene Wenger used after a recent Arsenal game.
Mourinho was furious midfielder Cesc Fabregas was not given a penalty when going down in the box during the Blues' Champions League draw.
The Chelsea manager said: "The referee was weak and naive. It was a big penalty.
"I still do not understand what official behind the goal does. Because he doesn't make a clear decision.
"When the result is zero-zero and such a penalty is not given it's a crucial moment in the game."
Wenger said the same thing about referee Mike Dean after Arsenal's 2-0 loss to Chelsea earlier this season.

Manchester United are preparing a £3million swoop for 19-year-old midfielder Marko Grujic, dubbed the next Nemanja Matic.
Red Star Belgrade youngster Grujic is seen as a long-term replacement for Michael Carrick and Bastian Schweinsteiger.
He has been compared to Chelsea's Matic ever since playing for Serbia win the U20 World Cup, which they won.
However, any move to United could be complicated by Belgrade's links to Chelsea, claim the Daily Mail.

In other transfer news, Chelsea's reported agreement to sell Juan Cuadrado to Juventus could see them lose out on £2.1m.
The Premier League champions offloaded Colombian Cuadrado on Juve in the summer, having started him just four times since he joined from Fiorentina in January.
The winger initially went out on loan and Juve are now keen to make the deal permeant.
Chelsea valued their flop at £18.3m in the summer but Metro claim that figure has been negotiated down to £16.2m.
