Arsenal star to become club's highest-paid player as contract talks begin
Alexis Sanchez set for pay rise at Arsenal
ALEXIS SANCHEZ is set to become the highest-paid player at Arsenal.

The 26-year-old forward has scored six goals and assisted three so far this term and are looking to reward his form with a new and improved deal.
That is according to the Daily Mail, who claim the Gunners have entered talks with the Chile international as part of a contract renewal drive.
Sanchez arrived at the Emirates for £35million from Barcelona just last year, signing a four-year deal worth a reported £130,000-a-week.
Only playmaker Mesut Ozil - who's on £140,000-a-week - currently earns more than Sanchez, but he is now set to lose his status as the club's top earner.

The German World Cup winner is, however, also in line for a pay rise, while left-back Nacho Monreal is believed to have already agreed a new three-year deal.
The future of Gunners captain Mikel Arteta, whose contract is set to expire next summer, will be evaluated nearer the end of the campaign.
