ARSENAL are lining up a January move for Real Madrid attacker Isco.
That is according to Spanish publication Fichajes, who claim the Gunners are willing to spend £22million to land the 23-year-old when the transfer window reopens.
Arsene Wenger has reportedly made the Spaniard his priority target as he looks to add a different dimension to his attacking options.
The Emirates boss had a bid rejected for his services in the summer and is expected to fail in his pursuit again with Madrid's valuation believed to be much higher than £22m.
Premier League rivals Chelsea are also believed to be interested in the playmaker, who is yet to score this season.
Recent reports have linked Real with a £37m bid for Arsenal forward Alexis Sanchez, who moved quickly to commit his future in north London.
He said: "I’m very happy at Arsenal, I don’t think about leaving. I always want to be the best at everything I do. I’m never happy with what I do, I always want to give more."
