Samsung SLASHES UK price of Galaxy S6 Edge+ ahead of iPhone 6s launch
Samsung has cut the price of its new curvaceous phablet ahead of the iPhone 6s Plus launch
SAMSUNG has slashed the price of its flagship smartphone – the Galaxy S6 Edge+ – just days before the iPhone 6s hits Apple Stores across the globe.

Samsung has cut the price of its latest smartphone ahead of the release of the iPhone 6s.
The South Korean firm has slashed £150 off the S6 Edge+ – dropping the price to £599 for the base 32GB model.
That makes it £19 cheaper than the base model of Apple's iPhone 6s Plus, which ships with just 16GB of internal storage.
To bump up to 64GB of internal storage, Apple charges a full £699.

Samsung's curvy flagship was recently named the Best Smartphone of 2015 at the prestigious T3 Awards.
With the Galaxy S6 Edge, Samsung ditched its trademark plastic-but-detachable rear case in favour of a sleek, svelte all-metal design.
The flagship Samsung handset sports a curved 5.1inch Quad HD display, speedy 2.1GHz processor and sharp 16 megapixel rear camera.

Although Samsung has not confirmed sales figures for its new devices, it seems predictions of record sales fell short of expectations, partly due to production and supply constraints.
An Apple spokesperson confirmed to Express.co.uk: "As many customers noticed, the online demand for iPhone 6s Plus has been exceptionally strong and exceeded our own forecasts for the preorder period.
"We are working to catch up as quickly as we can, and we will have iPhone 6s Plus as well as iPhone 6s units available at Apple retail stores when they open this Friday."
