Pedro defends Chelsea move despite Manchester United interest
Pedro has defended his move to Chelsea
PEDRO has defended his decision to join Chelsea despite strong interest from Manchester United.

The winger joined the Premier League champions from Barcelona in a surprise summer move considering United were repeatedly linked with him throughout the transfer window.

And despite Barcelona's rocky relationship with Jose Mourinho, Pedro insists it didn't stop him making the move to Stamford Bridge.
Mourinho isn't well liked at the Nou Camp after poking the late Tito Vilanova in the eye.

However, Pedro has defended his new Premier League manager.
"The past is there and there are people who will not forgive what happened (between Mourinho and Barcelona), but athletes have a different way of valuing things,' he said.
"The truth is that one has an image of him that when you know him, changes a lot. It's not what it seems.
"I like the way Mourinho works. I feel comfortable. He has a positive and winning mentality. I am delighted because I like nothing better than winning."
