Juventus centre-back Daniele Rugani is 'more than happy' to join Arsenal

ARSENAL target Daniele Rugani is 'more than happy' to join Arsenal, according to reports.

 

The 21-year-old centre-back was linked with a £13million summer move to the Emirates, but a deal was unable to be struck between Juventus and Arsene Wenger's side. 

However, it now appears that the Italian star would be tempted by a move to the Premier League with Arsenal. 

 

“Of course, if Arsenal or other important English clubs want to buy him with the right offer, the player will be more than happy to move," a sources close to the player told Sport Witness. 

“He has the skill, physique and perfect attitude for the Premier League and will be very happy to play in the United Kingdom for top English teams.”

 

Rugani signed for Juventus in 2012 after impressing at Empoli in Serie B, where he returned to on a two-year loan deal to help the club win promotion from the second tier of Italian football to Serie A - where he once again caught the eye. 

His impressive form saw Juve buy back the rights of the player, but since returning to the club he has failed to make an appearance for Max Allegri's side.
