JUAN MATA has praised youngster Anthony Martial for his style of play at Manchester United.
Eyebrows were raised after United completed their deadline day deal for Martial, spending a whopping £36million on the untested France international.
However, he has hit the ground running for Louis van Gaal, scoring three goals in two Premier League appearances.
And Mata has praised the youngster saying his style of play is benefiting the whole squad.
"I think everyone is impressed. We knew that he was a very good player, but he’s been great," Mata told manutd.com.
"He’s given us a lot of things, not just the goals – his way of playing is helping the team a lot.
"He’s a good guy and settling in very quickly which is very good for everyone."
