Arsenal ace sends message to Manchester United hero

CALUM CHAMBERS has congratulated Wayne Rooney on becoming England's all-time record goalscorer.

Rooney scored his 50th England goal to beat Bobby Charlton's record during the 2-0 Euro 2016 qualifier win over Switzerland last night.

And Arsenal defender Chambers has paid tribute to the 29-year-old on Twitter.

"Huge achievement! Congratulations @WayneRooney on reaching 50 goals for @England #RecordBreaker," Chambers tweeted.

Chambers has played alongside the England captain during his three caps for Roy Hodgson's side.
