Apple CEO Tim Cook announces the Apple Watch at the iPhone event last year |
A NEW Apple product has leaked across social media, just hours before Apple unveils its iPhone 6S and Apple TV in San Francisco.
Apple is set to unveil its latest smartphone, the iPhone 6S, as well as a much-rumoured iPad Pro and Apple TV at an event in San Francisco.
The Apple announcement is set to begin at 6pm UK time, tonight.
But at least one of the surprises Apple CEO Tim Cook is planning to reveal on-stage has already leaked online.
Technology blogger Larry Greenberg has tweeted an image of what appears to be a new Apple Watch Sport band colour.
A range of new Sport band colours were rumoured to be in the pipeline and were predicted by some to hit Apple Stores tonight.
The twitter leak appears to confirm the new Apple products. The leaked Apple Watch band appears to be a Product RED version of the rubber wrist-strap.
Product RED is a charity set-up by U2 frontman Bono to raise awareness and funds for HIV/AIDS in Africa.
Apple has previously worked with the charity to release special edition variations of its iPad Smart Cases and even iPods.
Apple is expected to unveil more colours during its event, which starts at 6pm in the UK this evening. These include orange, yellow, beige, and blue.
Express.co.uk will be covering the full Apple announcements later tonight.
