Diego Costa has shaken off an hamstring injury to make a surprise start

DIEGO COSTA starts for Chelsea despite concerns an injury might keep him sidelined.

 

Diego Costa missed the Community Shield last weekend against Arsenal with a hamstrig injury but has been given the nod for the first Premier League game.

Jordi Amat is out for Swansea with a foot problem.

 

But Summer signing Andre Ayew starts but fellow newcomers Kristoffer Nordfeldt, Franck Tabanou and Eder make the bench.
