LINGERIE magnate Michelle Mone has sold her luxurious Scottish townhouse for £1million after reportedly losing a battle with her neighbours over renovation plans.

The 43-year-old Ultimo founder purchased her three-bedroom home in Glasgow's Park Circus area for £780,700 after splitting from her husband Michael Mone in 2011.
Michelle, who was appointed as a business start-up czar by Prime Minister David Cameron earlier this month, spent months renovating the property and has managed to add more than £200,000 to it's value.

The Glasgow-born beauty has decided to move to London as she claims she was driven out of the area by SNP supports who disagreed with her backing the Union.
Earlier this year, Michelle put her property on the market with Corum estate agents asking for offers over £875,000 and property records have revealed that a local businessman snapped it up for £1million.

At the time, Michelle tweeted: "Sad to be selling my stunning townhouse in Scotland."
The mother-of-three, who last week resigned from the Ultimo and MJM International boards, has purchased a penthouse flat overlooking Tower Bridge and the Thames in London.
"London is the hub where things happen first," she told the Evening Standard.
"I decided to move here because of my career, not because of the SNP supporters.

"Since I sold 80 per cent of Ultimo my career has taken off and in London you can have eight meetings in a day; get to mainland Europe in two hours."
"London prices are scary, gee whizz," she added. "It is hard to get on the property ladder and is getting harder."
The underwear tycoon, who claims she and ex-husband Michael founded Ultimo "with only £500" and it is now worth a reported £20million, shares the luxe apartment with her eldest daughter Rebecca, 22, and son Declan, 19, while daughter Bethany, 15, goes to school in Scotland.

The stunning blonde also revealed that she's planning on buying a family home on the outskirts of London, but she "loves the buzz of the centre".
Michelle was recently rumoured to be dating singer-turned-soap star Shayne Ward, 30, a few months ago but she vehemently denied it.
Taking to Twitter, she said: "Would like to crush rumours in today's paper. Had four friends back at my house after book launch including my son. Stayed two hours, I wasn't with anyone."
