Man Utd to make stunning deadline-day swoop for Real Madrid's Bale and Ronaldo needs title
Reports suggest Manchester United will make a huge bid for Real Madrid's Gareth Bale
MANCHESTER UNITED will make a late bid for Real Madrid star Gareth Bale, according to reports.

The Sunday People claim United are prepared to pay £95million to bring the Welshman back to the Premier League.
Bale has been linked with a move to Old Trafford all summer and Red Devils manager Louis van Gaal appears determined to land him.

Reports suggest the abuse Bale received from Real fans last season might tempt him into a switch.
The 26-year-old has struggled to settle in Spain despite scoring 28 goals in 58 La Liga appearances since joining from Tottenham for a world-record £85m fee in the summer of 2013.
He has also helped the Spanish giants to their 10th European cup in 2014 but came under fire last term as they failed to land a trophy.

And club president Florentio Perez is understood to be thinking about selling Bale to appease fans who have made him the scapegoat.
Last season's disappointments have also prompted some to question whether Cristiano Ronaldo has underachieved at the club since leaving United for Madrid in 2009.
The three-time Ballon D'or winner has won just one league title in six years but was a Premier League champion on three occasions in the same amount of time in Manchester.

Spanish football expert Graham Hunter even went so far as to question whether Real match the 29-year-old's ambitions.
"Real Madrid have failed Ronaldo," he said.
"We've all learned that if you implant the right strategy and let it grow, it will continue to flower and feed you back.
"But they don't have it and it is (Madrid president) Florentino Perez's fault. They've got this great resource and they are letting it rust."
