MANCHESTER UNITED have left David De Gea out of their 18-man squad for their Champions League qualifier against Bruges.
De Gea has been continually talked up with a move to Real Madrid this summer.
Louis van Gaal has made his intentions clear by using Sergio Romero for all three of the Red Devils' Premier League games this term.
Van Gaal also suggested earlier this month that De Gea was not 'in the right frame of mind' to play for the team.
United will be confident of progressing to the Champions League group stage as they hold a 3-1 lead from their first leg.
The Champions League draw takes place on Thursday.
