Louis van Gaal tells friends Gareth Bale will quit Real Madrid for Manchester United
Gareth Bale is wanted by Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal
LOUIS VAN GAAL is determined to bring Gareth Bale back to the Premier League, according to reports.

United have spent £77million on five new signings this summer, landing Bastian Schweinsteiger, Morgan Schneiderlin, Memphis Depay, Matteo Darmian and Sergio Romero.
But Van Gaal wants more additions after £21.4m Pedro completed his move from Barcelona to United's rivals Chelsea yesterday.

And the Daily Mail claim the Red Devils boss has told friends this week he believes Bale can be persuaded to leave Real Madrid at some point.

News News Blog Sport understands Bale is Van Gaal's ideal signing at Old Trafford.

United all but assured their place in the Champions League group stages with a 3-1 win over Club Bruges on Tuesday which the Dutchman thinks will help bring in big names.

However, Real and Bale have publicly insisted a parting of the ways is not on the cards.

And the Spanish club are at loggerheads with United over goalkeeper David De Gea, who wants to move to the Bernabeu but currently remains in limbo in Manchester.
