Adnan Januzaj will not be leaving Man United on loan |
LOUIS VAN GAAL has ended speculation over the future of Adnan Januzaj at Manchester United.
The Dutchman has confirmed he is very much part of his plans for the coming season, emphasising he is 'not for sale'.
Speaking to reporters ahead of United's Friday night clash (7.45pm) with Aston Villa, Van Gaal talked up the left winger.
He said: "He is doing his utmost best. All the players are. I have no complaints - he is not for sale."
The Belgium international was understood to be leaving Old Trafford on a season-long loan deal.
Sunderland were expected to be the most likely candidates, with the Black Cats reportedly lining up a move for the 20-year-old and Liverpool's Fabio Borini.
However, the youngster will now be staying on for the season challenging for a place on the wing with Ashley Young and new boy Memphis Depay.
