APPLE'S next smartphone is set to be unveiled at a major event in California next month.
iPhone fans are finally going to see what Apple has in store for their next flagship device.
After months of waiting, the tech firm has announced that it will reveal all on September 9th.
Apple has just sent out invites to an event in San Francisco, and the iPhone 6s looks certain to be the main event.
There's no official word on what will be included on the new device, but Apple are teasing fans with the words "Hey Siri, give us a hint"

So what are we likely to see on this new phone?
There's already been plenty of rumours flying around the internet and most point to a faster processor, new colour scheme and upgraded display with Force Touch technology.
This is already in use on the Apple Watch and allows users to interact with the device by applying different amounts of pressure to the display.
Reports out today are also suggesting the phone will include a 13-megapixel camera capable of filming in 4K ultra HD quality.
Apple's iPhone 6 has been the firm's most successful device to date and these upgrades could boost sales further.
