Confirmed: Manchester City complete £54m signing of Chelsea flop Kevin De Bruyne
Kevin De Bruyne has signed a six-year contract with Manchester City
MANCHESTER CITY have announced the signing of Kevin De Bruyne from Wolfsburg on six-year deal.

The deal for the Belgian is a club-record fee of £54m and he will wear the number 17 shirt at the Etihad.
De Bruyne returns to the Premier League after leaving in January 2014 to join Wolfsburg from Chelsea.
The attacking midfielder failed to make an impression at Stamford Bridge with Jose Mourinho recently claiming the Belgian was at his office crying everyday wanting to leave.
But he rebuilt his repuation in the Bundesliga making 33 assists in 72 appearances in all competitions and is now intent on winning trophies at City.

De Bruyne said: "I want to reach the highest level possible as a player and I think the most important thing is that at the end of the season we can be happy and maybe have some titles.
"I think this is the most important for the Club, the players and for the fans of course."
The signing of De Bruyne takes City's summer spending to around £123m following deals for Raheem Sterling, Fabian Delph and Nicolas Otamendi.
And manager Manuel Pellegrini is delighted with the signing of the 24-year-old.

He said: "We are very happy to have added Kevin to our team and I have no doubt that he will be a big success on his return to the Premier League.
"It takes a special footballer to improve our squad and I have no doubt that Kevin is certainly one of those – he has all of the mental, physical, tactical and technical attributes required to fit straight in.
"We like to play attractive, attacking football and bringing in a player like De Bruyne will only aid us as we fight on four fronts."
