LAYVIN KURZAWA has joined Paris Saint-Germain on a five-year deal.
The 22-year-old joins the current Ligue 1 champions from AS Monaco after passing a medical, costing PSG a reported £16million.
The news will likely comes as a blow to Premier League pair Arsenal and Manchester United, how have both been linked with summer moves.
"I am very happy to have joined a club, and a project, as ambitious as Paris Saint-Germain," the left-back said.
"I will continue to progress alongside some of the best players in the world. Signing for the capital club marks a new step in my career."
While PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi said on his arrival: "His status as a full France international confirms his ability to play at the highest level."
Monaco announced yesterday that they had reached a loan agreement with Real Madrid to sign Fabio Coentrao, who will act as Kurzawa's replacement.
